Hosted OpenAI calls are billed to Aetia on Storyteller and Professional. Caps keep those paths sustainable. Craft and Professional overflow after the hosted cap use the key you store in Settings → Studio, so those calls are billed on your OpenAI account.
No. Prices are listed in USD before tax. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout from your billing address and added to the total before you pay.

Your hard work is always safe. If you cancel your subscription, your account simply reverts to the free Hobbyist tier at the end of your billing cycle. You will never lose access to your existing text files, and you can easily view, edit, or download your complete manuscript data at any time.
No. We hold a strict architectural commitment to your data sovereignty. Your private outlines, manuscripts, and world bibles are completely walled off and are never sold, processed, or utilized to train public foundational algorithms.
